Account and login

What should I do if I cannot sign in or my email code does not arrive?

Check that the email address is typed correctly, then check spam or promotions folders. Wait a few minutes before requesting a new code. If the code still does not arrive, contact support with the email address you use for Luvio.

How do I reset my password?

Use the forgot password page and enter the email address on your Luvio account. Luvio sends a reset email if the account exists. For security, reset links expire after a short time.

How do I manage devices signed in to my account?

Open account security settings to review active sessions. You can sign out other devices there. The current device stays signed in so you do not accidentally lock yourself out.

Can I change the email on my account?

If the email on your account is wrong or inaccessible, contact support from the Help Center and include the current email, the new email, and a short explanation. Support may ask for extra checks before changing account access details.

Profile and verification

How do I edit my profile details?

Open Edit profile to update your name, bio, photos, interests, distance, and discovery details. Keep your profile clear and honest so matches understand who they are talking to.

How does photo verification work and how do I know a profile is trusted?

Verification helps people identify profiles that have passed Luvio trust checks. A verified profile can still be blocked or reported if something feels wrong.

Why will my photo not upload?

Use a clear JPG, PNG, or HEIC photo with a stable connection. If upload fails, try a smaller image, refresh the page, or choose another photo. Avoid screenshots, blank images, or content that breaks Luvio safety rules.

Who can see my profile?

Your profile can appear to people who fit your discovery settings and Luvio safety rules. You can manage visibility and privacy choices from account settings.

Discovery and matches

How do likes become matches?

A match happens when two people show interest in each other. After a match, you can start a conversation from Messages.

Why do I see certain people in Discover?

Discover uses your profile, preferences, distance, recent activity, and safety limits to show relevant people. Updating your profile and settings can change who appears.

How do Boosts and Superlikes work?

Boosts can increase profile visibility for a limited time. Superlikes show stronger interest than a regular like. Neither feature guarantees a match.

How does distance work?

Distance depends on the location available to Luvio and your discovery settings. If distance looks wrong, check browser location permission, VPN use, and profile location settings.

Messages and notifications

How do messages work?

Messages are available after a match. Conversations are private between matched users. If a conversation feels uncomfortable, use block or report.

Why do I see unread badges?

Badges show places that need attention, such as new likes, unread conversations, or activity updates. Opening the relevant screen clears badges once Luvio sees the item as read.

Why did I receive an email reminder?

Luvio can send occasional reminders when an important conversation or activity is waiting. You can manage notification preferences from account settings.

Safety and reporting

How do I block or report someone?

Open the profile or conversation menu and choose Block or Report. Blocking prevents further contact. Reporting sends the situation to Luvio for review.

What should I do if a message feels unsafe or suspicious?

Do not share payment details, passwords, verification codes, or private documents. Block and report the person, then contact support if money, threats, impersonation, or personal safety is involved.

What happens after I report someone?

Luvio reviews reports with the information available. For privacy reasons, support may not be able to share the outcome, but reports help keep the community safer.

Privacy and data

Can I hide my online status?

Yes. If online status is turned off in privacy settings, Luvio does not show that status to other users.

Where can I manage blocked accounts?

Open privacy or safety settings to review blocked accounts where available. You can unblock someone if you want them to be able to appear or contact you again.

Can I export my Luvio data?

You can request or download account data from account settings where available. If you cannot access the export option, contact support from the Help Center.

How do I delete or restore my account?

Use the account deletion screen if you want to deactivate or delete your profile. If a restore option is available, follow the on-screen steps before the deletion window ends.

How does Luvio use cookies?

Luvio uses required cookies for account and security features. Optional choices, where offered, can be managed from the cookie banner or policy information.

Payments and Premium

What does Premium include?

Premium can include additional visibility or convenience features shown in the app before purchase. Available features may vary by account, region, and current offer.

Which cards can I use and how are payments protected?

Luvio presents supported payment options at checkout. Card payments may use Visa, Mastercard, Visa Secure, or Mastercard Identity Check when required by the issuer.

How do refunds and cancellation work?

Refund and cancellation terms are explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. For billing review, contact support with the email on your Luvio account and the approximate charge date.

How do shop items and gifts work?

The shop can include gifts, boosts, Superlikes, or other items shown in the app. Purchased items appear in your account where they can be used or redeemed.

Why do I see GBP or EUR in the shop?

The shop shows currency based on location signals available to Luvio. If the currency looks wrong, check VPN use or contact support before purchasing.

How do I contact Luvio support?

Use the assistant in the Help Center. If the answer is not covered, enter your email and describe the issue. Luvio support replies by email.

Where will I receive a support reply?

Support replies to the email address on your account or the email you enter in the assistant. Check spam or promotions folders if you are waiting for a reply.

What information should I include when contacting support?

Include the email on your Luvio account, what happened, the screen where it happened, and any safe details that help support understand the issue. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or codes.
